His firm has an excellent reputation for teaching continuous improvement tools to students and mentoring the student to implement the tools to save the company millions of dollars. His firm has been performing continuous improvement program using Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen and Flexible Automation Systems for the last twenty years to improve company’s bottom line; reduce overall lead times; improve production yields and productivity. He has a master degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute; a Lean-Six Sigma Master Black Belt (LSSMBB); a graduate of the Executive Program in Business Management from MIT’s Sloan School; an adjunct Professor at University of Massachusetts and is a registered Professional Engineer (PE). Jerry also developed and delivered statistical training to thousands of engineers and scientists to perform, interpret and report process validations.
Mike Todhunter, Ph.D.
Mike has over 35 years of training and consulting in applied statistical methods and comprehensive quality management systems for manufacturing. Mike specializes in Six Sigma training, Applied Statistics training and Design of Experiments (DOE) training. Mike has a Ph.D. from Purdue University. Mike’s corporate experience was with Fortune 500 company as a Quality System Manager.
